Shipping Policy

Shipping worldwide. Postage is on me if your order is $100 NZD or more no matter where you live. 

For under $100 NZD postage costs is calculated at checkout. 

I endeavour to send packages within 1 working day of processing your payment. For domestic postage choose your option at checkout. International post is sent Standard Air Freight. Delivery time is 3 - 10 working days depending on the destination. Please allow time for NZ public holidays.

As you may have guessed, I am also pretty keen on saving the planet from plastic. Biodegradable, compostable or recyclable packaging is used wherever possible. 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact me first, I'm here to help.

Choose carefully. I do not accept returns or give refunds  if you have a change of mind.

All items are checked for quality before sending, I will issue refunds in the event I have missed a fault in regards to the integrity of the textile when it arrives to you e.g. holes, pulls, loose stitches etc.

I do not issue refunds due to variances or imperfections in patterns or colours. Due to the nature of eco-printing I welcome these serendipitous accidents.

I am unable to refund for damage that has occurred during transit or items that have not been cared for according to our CARE INFORMATION POLICY. Please read this before washing the item.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If you are posting from outside NZ and you need an extension please request this via email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn in the same condition that you received it.
Please send to Nuku, 50A Hamilton Road, RD2 Warkworth, New Zealand.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included in the return package with the faulty item.
I am not able issue credit notes or exchange items. 


I will notify you by email when I have received your returned
item. You will be notified on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved,  a refund is processed to your credit card (or original method of
payment).
You will receive the credit in a time that is dependant on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Be aware Nuku is at a rural address which incurs a surcharge to you of $3.70 NZD on return postage.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
