Sending within New Zealand
Postage is on me if your order is $99 NZD or more. Rural surcharge applies.
For purchases less than $99 NZD postage costs is calculated at checkout. I endeavour to send packages within 1 -2 working days. Please note, there are no courier companies that pick up from my rural house, but our lovely postie pops past each day and collects from the letter box, so NZ Courier is my only option.
Sending overseas
I send worldwide. International post is sent Standard Air Freight, calculated at checkout. If you require a faster option please contact me before purchasing and I'll provide a quote. I send within 2 working days, but delivery time depends on the destination.
Packaging
As you may have guessed, I am also pretty keen on saving the planet from plastic. Your item will come in either biodegradable, compostable, recyclable and possibly recycled packaging. Maybe even sprinkled with a little lavender.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact me first, I'm here to help. Choose carefully. I do not accept returns or give refunds if you simply have a change of mind. All items are checked for quality before sending, I will issue refunds in the event I have missed a fault in regards to the integrity of the textile when it arrives to you e.g. holes, pulls, loose stitches etc.
I do not issue refunds due to variances or imperfections in patterns or colours. Due to the nature of eco-printing I welcome these serendipitous accidents.
I am unable to refund for damage that has occurred during transit or items that have not been cared for according to our CARE INFORMATION. Please read this before purchasing the item.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If you are posting from outside NZ and you need an extension please request this via email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it with the label attached.

If you would like a credit note or exchange for an item of same or higher value, including workshop fees, please contact me.
If your return is approved, a refund is processed to your credit card (or original method of payment). It can take up to 15 working days, depending on your banks process.
I do not refund shipping costs for returning your item . Be aware Nuku is at a rural address which incurs a surcharge to you of $4.80 NZD on return postage. If you exchange one item for another, postage costs apply.
